How to Order:
- Select your items
Find the items that you wish to purchase and enter the quantity. Click on “Add to Cart.” Tip: You can also find your items by searching for the product in our “Quick Search” field.In the top right corner of your browser you will see the shopping cart’s items and subtotal amounts increase each time you add a product. - Shopping Cart or Checkout
In the top right corner of your browser, you can click on the + sign next to Shopping Cart which will bring you to your Shopping Cart page. This page will give you more detailed information about your cart. - Checkout and Verify Order
When you click on the CHECKOUT button, you will be asked to enter your shipping, billing, and payment information. You will then be asked to review your order.To complete your order, click on the SUBMIT ORDER button. - Submit Order
Once you’ve clicked on the SUBMIT ORDER button, you will be brought to a confirmation page that will give you your order number and the option to print out your order. - Order Confirmation
An email order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided to us during Checkout.
Gift Wrap Option
If you choose your item(s) to be gift wrapped, we’ll wrap your gift in a customized Treillage box, tissue paper, and tied with a green grosgrain ribbon. Simply check the box next to Gift Wrap and you can enter a message (if you choose so). The charge is $8.00 per gift, with your gift message included. If you wish to have items separately gift wrapped, please contact us via email.
Shipping Times
Please allow 2 business days for an order to be processed before it is shipped, unless it is selected for Overnight Shipping (applicable charges apply). Orders are not processed/shipped on weekends or national holidays.
Back Orders
In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. In the event of a delay, you will be notified immediately. We will ship back ordered items as soon as they are back in stock. You will receive confirmation in the form of an email.
